Cancelling
You can cancel at any time under Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled), we refund the full amount.
- If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid month because of our fault, write to us and we will refund or credit that month proportionally.
- Otherwise, monthly fees already paid are not refunded for the remaining days of the period. [Management to confirm.]
Refunds go back to the card used for payment through our payment provider. Bank processing times apply.
How to ask
Write to support@varktechnologies.com from the workspace owner's e-mail with the payment date and amount.
